Our Process

  1. Initial Phone Call

5-10 min call with Ashley or Amber in the office - to determine if we are in the same budget and timeline ballpark and to schedule you with a Customer Success Manager.

2. 20-minute Discovery Call

Call with your primary point of contact moving forward. This call is about gathering the essential information about needs, preferences, scopes, and budgets. If both agree to move forward, we schedule your paid, on-site consultation.

3. On-site Consultation

Consultation with a designer and Master Electrician to guide your vision and ideas into a concrete design plan.

4. Design Plan and Estimate

Within a week of your onsite consultation, you will receive your detailed design plan and line-itemized estimate so there are no surprises later on.

5. Installation

With a paid deposit, we schedule your installation and clean up at the end of each day so you don't feel like youa are living in a work zone. Guranteed 30 day install after utility approvals.

6. Review and warranties

You'll walk your property and do a final review with our Crew Lead. We will collect final payment and provide you with your warranties.
